Welcome to The Clementson Lab.

About Us

We are a research group based at Lund University, Sweden, working at the interface of methodology development, chemical biology, and total synthesis. Our mission is to deliver fundamental advances in organic chemistry while addressing urgent health-related challenges.

A central focus of our research is the selective generation of carbon-centered radicals through photoredox catalysis, enabling both the formation and controlled cleavage of carbon–carbon bonds — a strategy that opens new possibilities for complex molecule synthesis.
